CINNAMON RICE BREAKFAST CEREAL
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooed brown rice
1 cup milk( soy, almond, goat)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons raisins
1/3 cup toasted pecan pieces(optional)
1) Place all the ingredients in the top of a double boiler and boil over boiling water, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
2) When the cereal is warmed, spoon it into 2 serving bowls.
