French Toast


French Toast:

4 slices of gluten free, dairy free bread
2 eggs
2 tbsp dairy free milk(rice, soy, almond,etc)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar

Mix eggs,milk, and cinnamon in a wide bowl.
Dip bread in bowl and flip on other side.
Add bread to lightly greased pan and cook on medium on each side for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from pan and sprinkle with sugar and gluten free syrup( if desired).
